At Amber Jerrine, each product is handcrafted in small batches. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of bath and body products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

• Bar soaps
• Lotion bars
• Body oils
• Gift sets
• Seasonal or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund at our discretion

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be reviewed.

If the issue is verified, Amber Jerrine may offer, at our sole discretion:

• A replacement
• Store credit
• A refund

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost or misdelivered packages
• Theft after confirmed delivery
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Please review ingredient lists carefully prior to purchase. Amber Jerrine is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or individual product performance preferences.

We recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
