Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During seasonal launches or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or based on the selected shipping option.

Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the selected shipping carrier, Amber Jerrine is not responsible for postal carrier delays.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Amber Jerrine is not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Carrier delays once the order has shipped
• Lost or misdelivered packages
• Theft after confirmed delivery
